This fall I will join Caroline Kingsley, with Juno Doula, to provide a unique 2-day course of Birth Essentials combined with Body Ready Birth. Learn more here!

Day 1: Becky, Maryland Birth Services, will dive deep with an intimate group of class members, into the phases and stages of labor, comfort measures, partner support, interventions, pain management and immediate postpartum information.

Day 2: Caroline, Juno Doula and Body Ready Birth will spend 4 hours with you and your partner to practice positioning, partner support, how to get into the “Labor Flow”, and creating mobility for all moments of your birth experience.
